These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STUDIO K. website at studio-k-designs.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Studio K Design, based in British Columbia, Canada.
What this site is
This website provides general information about STUDIO K. — our services, approach, and selected work. It is not a contract for design services. Any actual design engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed between us and the client.
Portfolio access
Our portfolio is shared by request and is password-protected. By entering the portfolio password we provide, you agree to:
- Use the portfolio only for the purpose of evaluating STUDIO K. for a potential engagement.
- Not download, copy, redistribute, or publish the images or content elsewhere without our written permission.
- Not share the password with third parties without asking us first.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, layout, source code, and photography — is owned by Studio K Design or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. Photography may be additionally protected by photographer credit (for example, projects credited to Kevin Scott or other photographers).
You may view, share links to, and print pages of this website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the content commercially.
- Use the content to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
- Remove or alter copyright, credit, or attribution.
